We cover three situations: operating companies licensing their history, owners closing a business, and startups winding down.
Who's behind it
DataBuyout is published by Agentic LLC and written by its editorial team. We don't attribute guides to named individuals or claim professional credentials. Read how each guide is researched, sourced, dated and corrected on our editorial team page.
How we work
- Every number cites a public source and a date.
- Export steps are checked against each vendor's own documentation.
