- Click Export your information, then Create export, and pick the profile.
- Choose Export to device (or an external service), then the information, date range, format and media quality.
- Click Start export, then download the file when it is ready.
Instagram says an export stays downloadable for 4 days, that the link can take up to 30 days to arrive. Business accounts that also run ads should export ad and insight data separately from Meta's business tools.
