How to download your TikTok data
- In the TikTok app, tap Profile, then the menu button and Settings and privacy.
- Tap Account, then Download your data.
- Choose the information to include and a file format, then tap Request data.
- When the file is ready (preparing it can take a few days), return to Download your data to download it.
TikTok says the file stays available for up to 4 days, that some data may not be included, and that activity from the last 24 to 48 hours may be missing. This tool exports one account at a time; a brand running several accounts repeats it per account.
